Issue Description
A user's name has been changed in Active Directory, and they cannot sign in to the KnowledgeLake platform with their new AD credentials.
Instructions
- Navigate to Configuration on the landing page.
- Go To Catalogs using the left-hand navigation.
- Locate and select the user
- Click User Actions and select Remove User from the drop-down.
- After the user is removed, select the Settings tab.
- Click Sync with Source.
- The user should now be added back to your catalog with the correct login information.
