My gateway is installed and the service is running but isn't displayed in my gateway list in the Connections app.
Installing a gateway is a two-step process.
- The first step is installing the gateway on your local machine and entering your token.
- The second step registers the gateway in the list and is completed by hitting the Finish button in the wizard.
If you got through the install wizard and clicked the "x" in the upper right-hand corner and not Finish, you will have installed the gateway but not registered it.
To resolve this, you will need to remove the gateway and reinstall by following the Gateway Installation Instructions and ensuring you click the Finish button.
