Issue Description
When trying to log in, you may get stuck on a page that says "Please Wait".
Issue Resolution
There is a known issue with KnowledgeLake when using the Honey: Automatic Coupons and Rewards extension. If you are experiencing this issue, to determine if it is caused by this, you can do the following:
- Hit F12 to open the Chrome Developer Tools
- Click the Console tab in the Developer Tools
- Try and Log Into KnowledgeLake
If you are seeing the issue related to this extension, you will see the following message:
You can use another browser to log into KnowledgeLake if you do not want to uninstall this extension, or you can perform the following steps to resolve:
Please Note: Browsers that IT administrators manage will require an admin to reset the settings and/or remove the extension. If you do not see the ability to reset the settings or remove the extension, move to a different browser and repeat the steps or contact your IT administrator for assistance.
- Disable or Remove the PayPal Honey extension in the extensions page (chrome://extensions/)
- Navigate to chrome://settings/resetProfileSettings
- Click Reset Settings
- Log back into your profile to resync your settings
You should then be able to log into KnowledgeLake as expected.
