Issue Description
When I click Upload in an outlook application to use the KnowledgeLake Add-Ins, my KnowledgeLake Index Panel appears to be blank. Example Below:
Issue Resolution
This is due to a UI issue involving the Darky Gray Theme in Office. In order to display properly, you will want to use another theme that is not Dark Gray.
To change your theme:
- From your Office Application, click File in the top-left of the application.
- Select Office Account from the left-hand navigation (towards the bottom of the page).
- On this page, there is a drop-down labaled Office Theme. Change it to another theme besides Dark Gray (Colorful is the default).
