A batch has errored and has given the error message below:
This error commonly occurs when the a document in the batch you have uploaded is password protected.
You will need to locate the document in your batch that is password protected and remove the document or remove the password from the document and re-upload the documents in a new batch.
To remove the document from the batch:
- Open the Monitor.
- Locate the batch in the batch grid and click the batch name to open the batch viewer.
- Highlight your document in the Document pane on the left-hand side of the page.
- Click Lock for Edit.
- Click Export Document if you would like to save the document, and click Delete Document to remove the document from the batch.
- Click Resubmit Batch to resubmit the batch without the password protected document(s) and finish processing.
