Supported File Types

KnowledgeLake's various apps, viewers, and activities support a variety of file types. The locations these file types are applicable as well as the file extensions themselves are listed below.

• BMP
• GIF
• JPG and JPEG
• PNG
• TIF and TIFF

Office File Types

• DOC and DOCX
• PPT and PPTX
• XLS and XLSX
• XLSM (Viewer Only)
• MSG

Other File Types

• HTM and HTML
• PDF
• TXT
• XML

These file types cannot be processed by KnowledgeLake. However, files can be uploaded to a repository through KnowledgeLake as long as they do not go through steps that alter the document in any way.
