Users external to an organization now have a secure way to participate in a workflow by completing tasks (like uploading documents or answering questions) using purpose-built user experiences that walk them through the job to be done. Users have transparency into the status of that workflow so they can stay informed on where they are at. The portal can also be themed to match a desired look and feel. KnowledgeLake Pro Forms provide a new way to collect data or start a workflow.
