Users external to an organization now have a secure way to participate in a workflow by completing tasks (like uploading documents or answering questions) using purpose-built user experiences that walk them through the job to be done. Users have transparency into the status of that workflow so they can stay informed on where they are at. The portal can also be themed to match a desired look and feel. KnowledgeLake Pro Forms provide a new way to collect data or start a workflow. These forms are built using a no-code, drag-and-drop designer that makes it easy to get started while offering a depth of options for customization that will have you designing professional looking forms in no time.  Other Notable Updates

• Screenshot Capture in Scan – In the Scan app we have added the option to take a easily take a screenshot of an open application and add it as a page to a document.
  
  
• New Email Import Options – When configuring a job to import emails you now have the option to group them into a single batch rather than one batch per email.
  
  
• Additional System Properties for Documents – We have added additional system properties for documents that originated from the Scan app. These can aid in processing logic and provide insight into the scanned files themselves. The new properties include ScanProfileName, ScanBitDepth, ScanPageWidth and ScanPageHeight.
  
  
• Windows Server 2022 Support for Remote Gateway – Windows Server 2022 is now a supported environment for installing the Remote Gateway.
  
  
• New Merge Columns Option for Table Fields – This new option for table extraction gives you better control in the situation where a table has neighboring columns where one has a header, but no values and the other has values, but no header. These two columns can be automatically merged.
