The Latest Update to the KnowledgeLake Cloud is now Available!
| Feature Update Overview | |
| Table Editing UI Update | |
Indexers working with tables frequently juggle between the document and its metadata table, losing context, time, and—too often—data accuracy. By adding clear headers, alternating row colors, a running row count, and, most critically, the ability to pin the table to the bottom of the screen, we let users see the document and its fields side-by-side. The result is faster indexing, fewer entry errors, and a smoother, “stay-in-flow” experience that boosts throughput and end-user satisfaction. | |
| Focused Inbox for Tasks | |
| Users were struggling with a one-size-fits-all task lists—scrolling, filtering, and second-guessing priorities before any real work began. The new Focused Inbox turns that chaos into curated queues: users (or managers) can create and share metadata-rich views that surface only the tasks that matter right now. By presenting a ready-made, logically ordered workload, the feature slashes search time, keeps everyone aligned on what’s next, and drives faster, more accurate task comple | |

- Updated QueryWorkItem API Endpoint - This API method has been updated to accept more filter types and can now also return work item metadata in the response.
- New Intuitive AI and Workflow API Endpoints - Added new methods to our API to enable the automatic configuration of Intuitive AI classes.
- (API) Expected Metadata Values for Intuitive AI Class Example Documents - Example files can be added to an Intuitive AI class or subclass. Expected metadata values can be added for these files as well, helping to further train Intuitive AI.
- Index & Upload
- Highlighting in Index for automatically extracted values - Property and table values found by Intuitive AI will now be highlighted on the document in the Index App.
- Import File Option in the Index App - Users can now import new files when in the Index App.
- Keep unsaved field values when switching content types - If a user has unsaved values while indexing and switch to a different content type which shares field names with the previous content type, the values for those fields will persist.
- Multi-Key Filter Indexing Behavior - This new behavior functions similarly to the existing filter, except now multiple key properties can be used to filter down the values in a list.
- Disable Field in a Custom Behavior - Fields can be disabled or enabled, on demand, in the index panel using custom behaviors.
- Upload Profile Name as a Reserved Field - If an Upload Profile is used to create a work item, the profile name is now saved as metadata.
- Intuitive AI
- New Advanced Options for the Intuitive AI Workflow Step - New advanced configuration options have been added to the Intuitive AI step configuration to allow an admin finer control of how that step operates.
- Improved Confirmation for Deleting a Class in Intuitive AI - The wording and formatting of the confirmation prompt when deleting a class or subclass in Intuitive AI has changed to make it clear how consequential the action is.
- Simplified Configuration for AI Extraction Action - When an AI Extraction action is added to an Intuitive AI class, we no longer auto-add all of the content type fields to that action.
- Refinements to Classification and Extraction Confidence Score - The confidence scores for Intuitive AI have been refined and should generally be more consistent and accurate.
- Search & View
- Source Search Content Type Action - A new concept has been added to the index panel: Content Type Actions. These actions can be run on-demand by the end user via a button at the top of the panel. The source search action allows a user to search by one or more properties against their data source and select the row of data they wish to use to populate fields in the index panel.
- Multiple Search Result Grid Actions for Elastic Content Services - Users can now apply more than one grid action (sort, filter, group) at a time to their elastic content services search results.

- 'View' mode for Tasks - A user can now open a task in View mode which allows them to see the task layout without taking assignment of it.
