Learn what’s new in the KnowledgeLake Fall 2022 Update. |

Refine Access Control with Process-Based PermissionsWith this update, you are now able to control which processes a user or group can work with. This means users can be empowered to self-service their own batches in the Monitor app without giving them unrestricted access to all batches. This also makes it easier to have multiple departments or business units using the same KnowledgeLake environment without the worry of users accessing batches and information they should not. Permissions can now be set when saving a process. A user will only be able to see and access batches in the Monitor or API for processes to which they have been granted permission. If this is left blank for a process then all users have access like they do today. |

Our new tools make it easy to update the properties of a single document, or bulk edit many documents at once. In the search results you can now turn on a View or Edit property panel which slides in next to the results. To perform bulk edit, multiple documents of the same type need to be selected which enables the Bulk Edit action to be available. All index and validation behaviors are run for either type of edit. |
