In order to manipulate documents in the Scan and Index apps, there are a few sections of the ribbon bar and actions in the batch panel and viewer to take note of.
Inserting New Documents
Under the Document category in the ribbon bar, you have 2 options.
|Insert creates a new document in a selected location.|
|Insert as will allow you to create a document in a selected location as well as choose that documents content type.|
These options are also available by right-clicking a page in the batch panel or the viewer:
In the Edit category of the ribbon bar, you will see 4 options that should be familiar to anyone who uses a computer.
The Edit Buttons will allow you to Copy, Cut, Paste, and Delete pages and documents.
These options are also available by right-clicking a page or document in the batch panel or viewer:
If your pages come in out of order or pages need to be moved from document to document, you can select one to many pages in the batch panel or viewer and drag them to their desired location.
